I will be working one-on-one with you in the capacity of both coach and consultant. As a consultant, I'll be giving you advice and expertise when you require it. As a coach, I'll be there to provide you with the motivation, support, and focus to assist you in self-understanding, productive thinking and achievement of your own goals. In other words, my role in your process of change, improvement and enrichment is to be there as an outside objective observer, to give feedback, suggestions, motivation, and provide accountability. The eBusiness Coaching Process

Through the use of scheduled phone sessions (usually 45 minutes to 1 hour in length, once weekly), augmented by email support, we'll work on your goals, your priorities, and next-step actions that will help you achieve the agenda you've set for yourself. I'll help you focus on those activities that have the most potential for profit, ultimately giving you access to more freedom and more fun. After each phone session, you'll receive a summary email, with action steps and information to keep you on track.

Each session will end with a clear idea of the actions you need to take during the next week to move closer to your goals. The support and guidance will be strictly aimed at your needs and your agenda, not mine. We'll focus your thoughts and efforts on actionable items that will achieve the things you hope to achieve in your transition to an online business model.

Just For Fun - eBuzzCoach Word Cloud

A popular Web 2.0 pastime is to create a word cloud that is generated from the words on any given website's page. I used Wordle to create the following word cloud using the text from this page. Essentially, word clouds give greater prominence to the words that appear more frequently in the page's text, giving a visual glimpse into the heart of what a web page is really about. I decided to place it here because I think it's a really great, graphic representation of the purpose of our coaching sessions, giving you a slightly different viewpoint of what eBuzzCoach is all about.
